Get the team in one room.

Sketch on one board, talk out loud, ask the researcher anything, and leave with a task list.

Just a link. No accounts. Voice and live captions built in Research and recap by Claude

Someone asks out loud. The researcher looks it up. The room votes it onto the board. Nobody takes notes. Everyone leaves with a plan.

Three moments. One room.

Huddle is built around how a good brainstorm actually goes: arrive together, think out loud, leave knowing who does what.

1Ready up

Everyone in. Then it starts.

Send the link. People take a seat around the table, agree to recording and hit ready. When the last person is in, the board opens for everyone at once.

  • No accounts, no downloads
  • Recording only with everyone's consent
2Huddle

Talk, sketch, ask anything.

The conversation becomes a live transcript. Ideas land on a shared board as notes and sketches. Ask a question out loud and the researcher puts the answer on the board, where the room votes to keep it or skip it.

  • Live captions as you talk
  • Research cards with real sources
  • A co-host that nudges, quietly
3Leave with a plan

The recap writes itself.

End the huddle and everyone gets the plan: what you decided, what's still open, and who does what by when. Plus the transcript, research and board as files.

  • Tasks with owners and dates
  • Context files by email
  • The board stays open

Everything the room needs.

No whiteboard app, call app and note-taker stitched together. One place, built for thinking out loud. Go on, click things.

A researcher in the room

Questions get a "Research this" button the moment they're said. Claude searches the web and puts a short, sourced card on the board. The room decides if it stays.

How do other tools price their team plans?
The board

A co-host, not a chatbot

It speaks up only when the room is stuck.

Five ideas, two themes: Tiers and Billing. Group them?

Voice with live captions

Talk like you're in the same room. Every word turns into the transcript, and commitments become tasks on their own.

I'll mock up the calculator by Thursday.

Context files, for later

After every huddle: the action plan, the task list, the full transcript, the research the room kept, and the board itself. In everyone's inbox, ready to drop into your docs or tools. Or connect Claude, or any assistant that speaks MCP, and ask it about every huddle you've had.

Questions, answered.

Who pays?

Only the host. Everyone you invite joins for free, with no account and no seat to buy. If a few of you run huddles, Team covers up to 5 hosts on one bill.

Does everyone need an account?

No. The host starts a huddle and shares the link. Everyone else types their name and joins the waiting room.

When is the huddle recorded?

Only after everyone turns on recording in the waiting room. The session can't start until every person has agreed.

Which browsers work?

Any modern browser works for the board and voice. Live captions use the browser's speech recognition, which works in Chrome, Edge and Safari. In other browsers you can type into the transcript.

How many people can join?

Up to 4 people on Free, 8 on Host and 16 on Team. Huddle is built for small rooms, which is where brainstorms work best.

Can I use my own AI?

Yes. The host picks the AI in the waiting room: Huddle's Claude, your own Claude API key (usage goes to your key and research is unlimited), or a model running on your own machine through Ollama or LM Studio. Local models can't search the web, so their research comes from what the model already knows.

Can Claude or other assistants read my huddles?

Yes, through MCP. Every recap has a Connect your AI card with a server address and your private key. Add it to Claude, or any assistant that supports MCP, and ask things like "what do I still owe from our huddles?" or "when did we decide on annual billing?". It can only read the huddles you were in.

Where does the research come from?

Claude searches the web and writes a short card with its sources. Nothing goes on the board until the room votes to keep it.

How long can a huddle run?

45 minutes. Long enough to get somewhere, short enough to stay sharp. When time's up you get the recap, and one click on Rehuddle starts a fresh 45 minutes with the board, the open tasks and what you covered carried over.

What happens after the huddle?

Everyone gets an email with the plan, the tasks and the context files. The board stays open, and you can start a follow-up huddle from the recap.

Ready when you are.

Open a waiting room, send the link, and start when everyone's in.
