Terms

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Draft. These terms describe how Huddle works today but have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Highlighted items are placeholders to fill in before publishing.

The short version

1. Who you're agreeing with

These terms are between you and Ventok OÜ (registry code [registry code], [registered address], Estonia), which runs Huddle. By creating an account or joining a huddle you agree to them. If you use Huddle for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

2. What Huddle is

Huddle is an online space for team brainstorming: a waiting room, a shared board, voice between participants, a live transcript, AI research and suggestions, and a recap with tasks and context files. Features can change as we improve it.

3. Accounts and guests

4. Hosts' responsibilities

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Huddle to break the law, harass people, infringe others' rights, spread malware, get around limits or security, overload the service, or resell it without our permission. We may suspend accounts or huddles that do, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

6. Your content

You and the other participants own what you put into a huddle: what you say, notes, sketches and tasks. You give Ventok OÜ permission to store, process and display that content only to run Huddle for you and the people in your huddles, including sending it to the AI the host chose. We don't use it for advertising or sell it. [State whether huddle content may be used to improve Huddle, e.g. "We don't use your huddle content to train AI models."]

7. AI features

8. Plans, billing and cancelling

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Huddle running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Voice depends on participants' networks and browsers, and live captions depend on each browser's speech recognition. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something important on a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Huddle is provided "as is", and Ventok OÜ isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or [€100] if you're on the Free plan. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Ending your account

You can close your account anytime in Account settings in the app. Closing it permanently deletes your account and every huddle you host; you'll be asked to confirm by typing a phrase, because it can't be undone. Hosts can also delete single huddles there. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first so it doesn't renew. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When an account closes, we delete its huddles as described in our privacy policy.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to the Harju County Court in Tallinn, unless you're a consumer: then you can also use the courts where you live, and the EU's consumer protections still apply.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using Huddle after that, the new terms apply.
